Code-based and server-side testing

Feature flags and application code are often better for authenticated, dynamic or API-dependent experiences. Stable assignment and controlled releases improve consistency, but require deeper engineering integration.

What is included in A/B testing implementation services?

Can Codalent work with our existing CRO agency or internal strategist?

Yes. Codalent can focus on technical execution while your strategist or agency owns research and prioritisation. We translate approved briefs into implementation tickets, validate analytics, manage QA and provide documented handoffs without replacing the existing strategy function.

Do you use client-side, server-side or feature-flag testing?

The approach depends on your architecture and test risk. Client-side tools may suit lighter website changes. Server-side or feature-flag approaches are often more appropriate for logged-in, dynamic, personalised or API-dependent experiences that need stable assignment and controlled releases.

Can you connect experiments to GA4, GTM or our analytics stack?

Yes. We can define and validate exposure, conversion and guardrail events, then map them to GA4, Google Tag Manager, product analytics or another reporting destination. GA4 supports analysis of integrated experiment data but requires a separate experimentation platform to run tests.

How do you handle performance, consent and security?

We assess snippet loading, page rendering, consent states, Content Security Policy, existing tags and rollback requirements before launch. The exact controls depend on your platform and policies, so performance, privacy and security claims are validated against the real implementation.

What if our website does not have enough traffic?

We assess feasibility before recommending a test. If traffic or the expected effect makes a defensible result unlikely, we may suggest a higher-impact page, different success metric, sequential approach, qualitative research or direct implementation rather than overselling test velocity.

How are tasks prioritised within the subscription?

Work is maintained in a shared ClickUp board and reviewed through Slack and weekly cadence calls. Your team and Codalent can reprioritise experiments, tracking fixes, platform work and production rollouts as campaign needs, dependencies or new evidence change.

Who owns the completed work and experiment setup?

Client-owned accounts, source-code handoff, documented configuration and a test archive can be included in the engagement. We aim to leave maintainable production code and clear implementation notes rather than making your team dependent on temporary experiment rules.
